Require the FCC to force all providers of subscriber based "pay TV" (via Cable, Satellite, U-verse etc...) to allow customers to pick their own individual channels "a la carte" style.
To keep the pricing for individual channels low and reasonable, customers would be required to subscribe to the lowest tier of bundled channels (lifeline service, or tier 1 package), then pick a minimum of 15 a la carte channels as part of their basic channel lineup.
