Require people that are receiving welfare or food stamps log community Service Hours equal to a part time job.

I feel in this country too many people are looking for handouts and not willing to work anymore. I have seen too many people get job offers but turn them down due to making more on goverment assistance than working at jobs. I believe that if a person is going to get paid while not having a job they should either be enrolled as a student in an accredited college or log community service hours equalling to a part time job (between 20-30 hours a week). This can be anything from collecting trash from the side of the road to volunteering in a soup kitchen. I believe that assistance may be necessary for many displaced workers but I believe in still performing some duty for your community and Country.
