Require people on food stamps/ government housing to pass drug test just like the Americans who work do

This would require people on government housing or those receiving food stamps to pass a drug test in order to be eligible for benefits. Most Americans who have a job are required to pass a drug test in order to get that job and its only fair that you have to pass one if aren't working, but still eating and have a roof over your head. There are millions of people who use their food stamps and government housing to feed their drug addiction, deal drugs and be involved in other criminal activity
