Require people receiving unemployment to complete community service in order to REDUCE welfare dependency.

Welfare dependency is a growing problem in our country. We all know that there are people who abuse the system and cost us tax dollars because filling for unemployment checks is "easier than working or searching for jobs". By requiring people receiving aid to do community service, you are making people earn their aid. Unemployment would no longer be a "free check" each month. This would encourage people to try to get working again and would better communities.
