Require people to take the Implicit Association Test as part of the process to becoming a police officer.

The Implicit Association Test measures one's degree of prejudice. While the validity of this test may be deemed as correlational, if one's score is strongly correlated to prejudice they are most likely incapable of making fair and unbiased decisions when it comes to the law. If a person's score is strongly correlated to prejudice, they should be denied the opportunity of becoming a police officer. If their score is close to a strong correlation, further screening should take place in order for that candidate to continue to be eligible for the position.
