This petition is on behalf of the Children of Sandy Hook Elementary School. I would like to introduce the idea of "responsible gun ownership" by requiring all gun owners to purchase GUN INSURANCE. People require car drivers to have insurance, we have to have insurance for our health, we should be required to have insurance on something that will cause great bodily injury or death to mass amounts of people.
