Require persons receiving welfare checks to take drug tests

Not all but some people receiving welfare checks are using them to buy drugs. Our tax paying dollars should not be going to this. That is why all persons receiving a welfare check should be required by law to have a drug test to prove they are clean. The government should also pay for these tests. In the long run this will save taxpayers money from going to welfare checks not needed by people
