Require persons recieving food stamps to not be able to buy alcohol or cigarettes.

1. Any person receiving assistance for food shall be required to submit his/her ID and or Drivers license. A bright orange ID or license shall be issued in its place. The holder of this ID or license shall not be able to purchase alcohol or tobacco products.

2. Stiff penalties up to $50,000 per offense, or revocation of business license for businesses who are found to be selling alcohol or tobacco products to persons receiving food stamps.

3. Misdemeanor charges with fines for persons caught enabling a food stamp recipient to purchase alcohol or tobacco products.

4. Felony charges for persons selling food stamps for cash or trading food bought with government assistance for alcohol or tobacco products.
