Mr. President, please sign an executive order such that each American citizen that petitions for states, counties and cities to secede be limited to only the residents of that state, county or city, so as to get a clear indication of the sentiments of its own residents. And to keep in mind that these few do not represent the sentiments of the rest of the residents of said state, county or city.
