Require pharmacy's/pharmacists to sell birth control and medication for medical abortions when prescribed

Created by A.M. on August 13, 2015

In a recently published article, a woman speaks of being denied the second step of her medical abortion from a large pharmaceutical company. Looking into her rights, she found that "A pharmacy's or pharmacist's refusal to sell birth control does not violate a women's federal constitutional rights...". Women should always have the right to determine what's best for themselves and their bodies. Abortion is a big issue, and some people are against it. However, just because one person believes something should be a certain way, does not mean everyone should live by their certain beliefs. Women need control of our bodies and our lives.
