Require physical human combatants in any war zone the United States wishes to participate in

Require the United states to have physical human troops in any conflict the government wishes to participate in. This would prevent future conflicts to be conducted in an inhumane way. In an age when we can take someones life away from 1,000 miles away, we need new laws to protect and change the rules of warfare. Forcing ourselves to endure the causalities, pain, and dangers of warfare may end the wars of today, and prevent the wars of the future.
