Create a bill, sign into law, and seek funding to require all police enforcement to wear a body camera, with visual and audio recording, at all times including when responding to calls for service and to work alongside a partner (in case 1 body camera were to malfunction). We the People, petition for this law to go into affect to protect the public against police misconduct, to protect police against false accusations of abuse and reduce use-of-force incidents and complaints and improve police and citizen behavior. By recording police-citizen encounters, police supervisors, judges and others can get objective evidence of what happened and valuable footage for investigations. Footage that captures an incident resulting in a complaint will be flagged and subject to release to the public.
