Require police officers to compensate for damage made by their own search and to remove lawbreaker police officers

There have been too many cases of property damage made by police officers, and too many police officers that have broken the law have remained in law enforcement and even gotten promoted. Such of the case of a young girl killed by a flash grenade thrown by police in a old ladies house, or the murder of a man who was protesting peacefully and not resisting. We need change, and we need it now.
