"News" channels do not provide news, they provide opinion. The opinions provided on Fox News Channel and MSNBC are politically polarized. They claim that there are "commentary" shows and that the "news" portion is unbiased reporting. This is clearly not the case and Americans should be protected. News should be unbiased information, but these cable "news" networks are providing a sensationalized product full of melodrama and outright lies at times, in an effort to achieve the best ratings. It is a battle for ratings, not news. Pro-wrestling organizations are required to refer to their product as "sports entertainment" as opposed to "sport." These news channels should be required to do the same. Calling these channels "news" channels is deceptive and it is false advertising.
