require politicians to begin every speech with, "Based on my poor understanding of history, science, and ethics..."

Politicians have too long spent their time talking about subjects they know very little about, not using cited evidence, and inciting fear. It should be a requirement that politicians give a brief disclaimer unless they have a PhD or similar training in field about to be discussed.
