Require Politicians to have some education in economics.

We require many occupations to be trained and certified in order to do business. Should we require less from our politicians? Are we crazy to entrust our financial present and future into the hands of people who have no comprehension of the outcome of their decisions? Before someone can become a manicurist or hairdresser they must first take courses and be certified proficient and yet we require far less from the politicians making budgetary decisions without the slightest idea of what they are doing.
It is time to require our politicians be educated enough to act responsibly and be aware of the repercussions of their decisions on society by making it mandatory they have a certain amount of education in Economics.
