require politicians take polygraph, drug, psychological and other proficiency tests before taking office.

Created by E.M. on July 12, 2015

In most jurisdictions in our country, it is required that law enforcement (including 911 operators/dispatchers) prove their ability to serve the public through drug, psychological, polygraph, and multiple proficiency tests. This is to protect the public (and the state) from possible wrong decisions in the hands of people incapable of making the right decisions.

WE SHOULD REQUIRE THESE SAME TESTS OF OUR POLITICIANS BEFORE THEY ARE ALLOWED TO TAKE OFFICE!

Politicians are exceedingly more likely to be in positions to make wrong decisions which will impact more people. Their decisions impact billions of people for multiple generations. We should only have our best people making these decisions, ones that can be held to the same standards we require of our local law enforcement.
