We the people want to require that before any legislation is passed on gun control that it be put through a popular vote so that the people can actually make the decision not our elected officials that continue to fail us, by not representing our needs in Congress because of Bi Partisanship, our lame duck congress. and special interests resulting in the lowest approval rating for Congress of all time starting 2013 with 14%
