Require the population to stop using carbon based energy for 48 hours to prove man-made climate change is real.

Since "man-made climate change" formerly known as global warming has been a much debated topic recently, one way to prove the theory true is to simply stop using man-made carbon-based energy for a few days to see if there's any measurable effect on the climate, atmosphere, and global temperatures. It would help if the rest of the planet participate although that seems unlikely, but it's impossible to prove the theory true or false while countries are blasting the atmosphere with carbon dioxide. Simply stop for 48 hours and see if temperatures plummet. We request the President declare a Climate Change Proof weekend and shut down all carbon-based energy sources for the weekend to see what happens.
