Require Power Companies to provide 30% of all energy created along the coast to be produced by wave power.

The Federal Government would fund power companies along the coastline of the United States to build wave power generators. The companies are required to have 30% of all energy be produced from wave generators. Consumers have to have 30% of their energy produced by wave generators however, they may chose to buy more. This would give the consumers a choice regarding which type of energy they want to use while also creating more jobs and potentially boosting the economy.
