Until now, the American People have been deceived into believing that this very website, "We the People," was instituted to provide honest, accurate responses to current affairs and controversial issues, but this is not the case.
The people do not desire responses based on existing policies. Rather we, the American People, demand that the website be used as a vehicle for legitimate change in these very same policies.
No longer will we stand for "policy experts" to be the sole responders to our petitions, rather we are lobbying to force President Barack Obama to stand up and address the people, directly, that utilize the tool that his administration has provided for us.
We, as a people, have taken the time and effort to make our voices heard. Now we want to hear from OUR President.
