Require the President and one senator from each state to be on the front line of any War or military conflict.

If there are going to be US troops that will be dying overseas for the decisions of our leaders I believe they should be willing to put their own lives on the line as a gesture to back their decision. This will also help to ensure military engagements aren't started all willy nilly and innocent people aren't being sent to death without adequate forethought. I suggest half the senate along with the president perhaps several key cabinet positions but I'm also open to some compromise on this matter as well. One possibility for senator selection could be a televised paper rock scissor match between both of each states senators also open to compromise on this matter.
