Require the President and other important elected officials to pass psychological examinations.

There should be a necessity to pass psychological examinations for someone to hold such an important role as the presidency. These evaluations need to be implemented as soon as possible and their results made public. You need to to pass psych tests to become an airplane pilot, yet you don't need to pass one to pilot the entire country! This needs to be discussed.
