The President of the United States of America should be a position not held by a man who can afford the vote's of half of a percentage of the population of a country, requiring people to go out solely to vote AGAINST someone, to hopefully make a difference.
Instead, the President Elect should be required to win the hearts and minds of the American People by representing at least HALF the population, as a whole, regardless how many vote was or wasn't counted.
Every Registered Voter's vote should count whether they went to a poll or not.
