Requires President Obama (aka: Mr. Downer) to take Tony Robbins classes in order to restore consumer confidence with uplifting, positive messages of hope and positive change, instead of the usual "downer speeches" that he so often gives. Also requires that he listen to Zig Ziglar cassette tapes, so as to learn how to sell each member of Congress on ideas of moving the country forward. Requires the President to learn how to sell, so he can actually get something done with congress, and how to give a positive message, at least every once in a while. This will show the President that in sales, you can't go from one downer speech and crisis to another and expect the American consumer to have confidence in the governement, the economy or themselves.
