When President Obama travels for personal holidays/vacation; he should reimburse the taxpayers for operational costs incurred that otherwise could be avoided. In other words, flying from Hawaii back to D.C. for Fiscal Cliff negotiations and then returning to Hawaii again to spend New Years with his family. This is (2) roundtrips from Washington D.C to Hawaii within a few weeks. He should be restricted from using Air Force One for non gov't travel unless he personally contributes to the operations costs passed to the taxpayers.
