Require the President of The United States to be physically present in a combat zone while troops are deployed there.

I petition President Obama to help pass a statute or Constitutional Amendment to require the President of the United States/Commander-in-Chief (CiC) to be deployed to combat zones with any military personnel who are sent there; instead of entertaining the media at galas, attending fundraisers, or living in comfortable, climate-controlled palaces thousands of miles from harm's way. Petitioner believes that if a situation is so important that men and women should be sent by the CiC to die and be maimed then that situation is important enough to have the personal attention, support, and presence of the CiC. Petitioner thinks if the CiC were compelled by a statute or Constitutional amendment to be physically located in the combat zones wars would be fewer in number and shorter in duration.
