Require the President of the United States to read the Bill of Rights aloud as part of his state of the Union address.

In order to inform the American people and put a focus back on our rights as a people, which generations have sacrificed blood and sweat to secure, we the people, desire that the Chief Executive, the President of the United States, as chief protector of the Constitution, and the people, be required to read aloud before congress and the world, the Bill of Rights of the United States before he begins his or her state of the union address. To be effective immediately at the next State of the Union address and every address there after.
