Require Presidential candidates to have knowledge of the US Constitution in its entirety and pass a civics exam by 100%

Created by B.O. on November 24, 2015

It appears that candidates for election to government office, including the Presidency of the United States, are unaware or willfully ignorant of our US Constitution and civics (the rights and responsibilities of citizenship).

I hereby request that all candidates for election to any government office, and most notably, the President of the United States, be required to have a thorough knowledge of how our US Constitution works and also the candidate's knowledge of civics:

Candidates must submit to a non-partisan, oral examination of the US Constitution and civics, streamed online and TV (C-Span, etc.). Test questions remain sealed until test begins, and questions directly pertaining to the knowledge of the subject(s) and no opinions or commentary are allowed. Test scored by computer.
