Trumps manner of conduct and insistence on using his own properties to conduct federal business, has shone a light on the burden to tax payers to the tune of millions per day. Moreover, he is expecting the government and tax payers to pay him personally for the Secret Service to stay in his residences, further enriching himself with taxpayer monies. Ethical Conduct:

Employees shall not use public office for private gain; and
Employees shall act impartially and not give preferential treatment to any private organization or individual.
