A huge problem is Student debt, and a good portion of it is because of deceptive private colleges. Private colleges continue to prey on graduating high school students, making promises they know they can not keep. The biggest lie is that they claim their credits a transferable, then Students find out later that none of the colleges accept these credits.
This petition would to require Private Colleges to provide a printed list of Schools that do accept their credits and degree before the student signs papers for admission. Students would need to sign this list acknowledging that they understand that these are the only colleges that recognize their class credits before the College is even allow to charge them.
This list would also need to be displayed publicly so anyone can access it.
