1. Apportion the House of Representatives according to the number of citizens (not denizens) in each State.
2. Permit public scrutiny of evidence of voting results.
3. Require public officials' oaths of office to support the Constitution to be written, signed, sealed, delivered, witnessed, and acknowledged.
4. Immunize officials from prosecution for having previously governed without written evidence of having been elected and having signed an oath.
5. Completely revoke U.S. Senators' and Congressmen's constitutional privileges from arrest.
6. Legalize the questioning of the validity of the public debt.
7. Permit the States to enter into confederations.
8. Empower the Congress to enforce this legislation.
