Require that property owners be allowed to opt out of GPS based augmented reality games such as Pokemon Go.

This petition is requesting that it be required for property owners to be allowed to easily opt out their property (plus a small buffer boundary for GPS error) from use by GPS based augmented reality games such as Niantic's Pokemon Go. The games characters would not be allowed to spawn in, or travel into an area which has opted out.
This request is being made not only for privacy/property rights of the property owners but for safety reasons of those entering the locations which currently are not able to be denied from the game(s) playable zones.
