Require Psych Evaluations for all past, present and future gun licenses. Those who do not pass the evaluation even if they already have a gun license have the license revoked. If we have our military and police take psych evaluations so should gun owners. 9 out of 10 mass shooting are with legally obtained guns but there is a mental health issue either in the house hold that has access to guns or the license holder themselves. If a gun license is granted and there is someone in the house that has a mental health issue than that license should be revoked. No Mentally unstable person should have access to a gun. Make the Psych Evaluations mandatory every year for anyone who owns a gun and/or gun license. If it is good enough for our troops & cops, it is good enough for ALL AMERICANS.
