Require psychiatric evaluations and racial sensitivity training to all law enforcement agents prior to hire.

This petition is an effort to stop the unnecessary police brutality against people of color. Police claim excessive force when clearly in the videos shown in the media, it is unnecessary. Something needs to be done to protect African-American men and young boys or risk them becoming an endangered species. All humans have the right to exist and some police officers clearly do not feel the same. Perhaps, submitting them to evaluations will identify those prone to these types of actions before they become responsible for another murder. In addition to submitting to these test prior to hire, each law enforcement agent should undergo Anti-harassment training, and random evaluations on a yearly basis. Police have a duty to protect and serve ALL PEOPLE not just who they choose.
