Require psychological evaluations to determine the mental health of all students at the beginning of each school year

In the wake of the tragedy in Sandy Hook Elementary it is imperative that our government begins to evaluate the mental state of our communities and school children, so that the proper aid and help can be administered in order to prevent a child to "bottle up" violent feelings that can cause another tragedy. This would also help to identify traumas, and possible PTSD at an early age that can dramatically impact recovery and mental health on young children, teenagers and young adults.
