Americans are facing the possibility of another recession with the fiscal cliff looming. While Republicans and Democrats bicker over tax proposals our hard earned tax dollars are going to aid people in many foreign nations while We Americans are in dire need ourselves. I propose that the United States Government no longer be able to provide or continue foreign aid without prior consent from We The People.
