Require public schools to replace all textbooks every 5 years to ensure that the material they contain is up to date.

Since textbooks aren't able to refresh like a page on the internet, they require replacement. Things change over time, and the words in a textbook don't. And after a while, they begin to fall apart anyway. We petition the Obama Administration to get schools to provide a better education with new textbooks that won't break apart every time that they are picked up.
