It's getting harder and harder for family units to survive in this world. More parents have to work multiple jobs. More kids are latch key kids, now than ever. The majority of parent have good intentions, but so many are trying to struggle. Social programs often help those that know how to work the system. Those that are hard-working are getting fleeced. As a result, children don't always learn to love and nuture their fellow man. If we taugh people better how to love, care, and nurture, we wouldn't need to spend so much money on social problems, which then could not be abused.
