Congress is, and has been, inept for quite some time. Clearly, We the People made a mistake in our election process and allowed Congress to be filled with politicians who are of low quality intelligence. In order to rectify this issue and finally get our political house in order, we propose simply that you must be smart enough to run an NFL Offense if you expect to make public policy decisions.
The simple steps:
1) Require any person running for public office to take a Wonderlic test, as NFL draft prospects do.

2) The results of the Wonderlic test must be published publically at least one month before election day.
3) A new Wonderlic test is required for each reelection or new office. Every time you're on a ballot, you need a new test.
