This is a petition to enact a law for the recipients of unearned government financial aids such as food stamps, grants, etc. be required to do community services in whatever form available at the time in order to show their willingness to do something productive for the community as well as appreciation for what is being done for them by other productive members in the cummunity. Note: social security and medicare are not uneraned as they are paid into and recipients have a certain amount of time they must have been employed to receive full benifit.
