Require random drug testing for anyone on public assistance programs.

Everyday people in this country are working and busting their butts to bring home little pay to try to support themselves and try to raise their families. Yet so many more people are receiving money from the government to help pay their rent, food, child care and all these other bills. Others refuse to work and continue to collect unemployment and yet all the working people of America are paying these benefits and they all have to go through drug screenings just to get the right to work and make money to support their family, and someone else as well. I want it to be required by all states to mandate drug testing before giving anyone any type of welfare, and then allow random drug testing as they see fit in order for people to continue to receive benefits.
