Require random drug testing nationwide on all personnel recieving goverment assistance (welfare, housing and food).

Requiring all personnel be random drug tested to recieve goverment assistance. This will allow for the goverment to know and understand where assistance is being abused and slim down those people who are abusing the system by continuing to recieve benefts and abusing them for personal gain. Also prevents those who continue to abuse the system by allowing the goverment and "WE THE PEOPLE" to continue to pay for those who make no attempt to help themselves.
