Require a real time fact checker at all Presidential and Vice Presidential debates.

This petition asks the Obama Administration to make it a requirement for all Presidential and Vice Presidential debates to have a real time fact checker present. If televised, claims made by the candidate that are contradictory to factual evidence will be posted on a scroll that appears on the bottom of the screen for the audience to view. This will require the candidate to be accountable for their actions and claims during the debate, rather than only saying what will surely get them elected. This petition will also encourage a more honest and straight forward discussion than previously possible and will allow the American people to form an informed opinion on the candidates.
