This is a petition to write into law a mandate requiring individuals who are receiving, or are in the process of applying Federal Government Entitlements such as Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, or "Food Stamps", etc. To submit to and undergo random drug testing. Failure of a said drug test would forfeit qualification of the aforementioned benefits for a period of 3 years.
Those qualifying for the Earned Income Tax credit would be required to submit to the same process. Failure of the drug test would forfeit qualifying for the said benefit for a period of ten years.
