The Congress of the United States does not reflect the true desires of the public.
In order to provide the true desires of the people, the members of congress MUST know what the people truly want.
To accomplish this task a computerized referendum could easily be used to ask the public on all issues up for a congressional vote.
Those without computers can go to the nearest public library to answer the questions.
This is the ONLY way that the wishes of the public will be heard in congress and not just the wishes of the members of congress.
