Require regular drug testing for all K-12 teachers.

In the United States as it stands today, there are many occupations in which you must pass a credit check, criminal background ckeck, & submit to regular random drug tests. Appallingly, one of the MOST important of occupations existing today (being your childrens' teacher; thereby having access to them for up to 40hrs./week) requires NO INITIAL NOR ONGOING DRUG TESTING. This is ludicrous. In light of the massacre in CT, I know that I certainly want my child's teacher to be at their best; not thinking about going to the bathroom for their next hit.
