Currently in the United States there are untold amounts of zoos & wildlife attractions with little to no oversight in how they treat the animals in their care. Too often we find out too late that these facilities are staffed with under-educated, under-trained and plainly under-qualified staff that mistreat and often murder these animals. It has to stop. Ending wildlife captivity ending all together would be ideal, but is unlikely.
We MUST take steps to protect these creatures who at no point can protect themselves from these facilities and the treatment that takes place in them. A video that has surfaced (featured below) of the Dade City’s Wild Things in FL, staff doing abhorrently cruel things. Please sign and help these animals.
