The constitution requires that standing be established before an individual can be sued for a regulatory violation.
Regulatory enforcement has chosen to use intimidation and the coercive power of their organization as a tool to terrorize business and property owners many times without having legal standing to do so. In order to establish standing they should be required to define the harm or potential harm that the violation is expected to cause. The threshold for harm is "Real and Imminent, not conjecture or hypothetical".
If it is wrong to intimidate someone seeking to vote it should be just as wrong to intimidate someone seeking relief from their government.
