This petition is to require that any representatives of drug companies that approach a hospital or doctor to discuss their products, must have a sheet explaining clearly;
1.) All the beneficial effects and the percentage of occurrence averaged over all studies done.
2.) All the negative effects (Side-effects) and the percentage of occurrence averaged over all studies done.
All documentation, lettering, and formatting must be the same for both the beneficial and negative effects to avoid hiding information from the doctors and hospitals.
All information should be easily discernible at a glance and not condensed to provide issues with reading or understanding the effects listed.
Each effect should also be well defined to avoid any possible confusion.
